集团的健身
As a part of the 健身 and 健康 程序 within the Department of 校园娱乐, our 集团的健身 offering includes a variety of classes each week that are welcoming to all 健身 levels. Joining a 集团 健身 class is fun and can help participants discover new abilities, while also finding a community of people on a similar journey. Group 健身 allows students to experience a variety of workouts, under proper guidance from our certified instructors, with many benefits (physical, social, intellectual, 等.) that can help them achieve a more balanced lifestyle. Our class modalities include: strength, cardio, dance, str等hing, yoga and fusion formats.
类 are open to all students with a current FitPass and are included in all non-student 会员资格. FitPasses are currently offered for daily or semesterly use. 查询 at the Front Desk for more information or see below.
